Weekly Update May 8-15

This will be a pretty short and sweet update…I think. 😛  Just giving you a little over view of my week and what is to come the next week and a couple of plans for my blog that I am very excited to reveal to you all!  A new review type and a plan for monthly theme’s/challenges for myself to keep me on track of my TBR list piles.

PARTY TIME!!

THE SEMESTER IS FINALLY OVER!!!!!!!!  Woohoo!  I finished my last final of this Spring 2011 Semester at 12:15 pm…I am done done done!  I believe my grades will end up:

A in Anatomy & Physiology
A in Equine Reproduction
C in Intro to Organic and Biochemistry

I’m ok with the C because the other two classes even that out!  So now I get to enjoy my summer not having to worry about homework or studying for classes or going to class…I get to have some peace and quite time to just enjoy some me time and READ, READ, READ!  So I’d say that’s reason to party, right?!  😀

Some Fun for the Week #17

Good Morning everyone!  I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend and that your Mother’s day was a great one.  I hope you were pampered as a Mother and you got your Mom something extra special!  Since it is yet the start of another week I wanted to share a sexy man and some funny items! Enjoy. 😀

Happy Mother’s Day!

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!  I hope everyone has an awesome day celebrating your Mother and what she has given you in this life!  I also hope that all you Mother’s out there are receiving some wonderful gifts and love from your family in celebration of all you do year-round for your families!

My Happy Mother’s Day goes out to my wonderful Mother who has been there for me through all of my ups and downs.  I also want to celebrate all Mother’s out there from the Mother’s who can be their for their children on a daily basis, to the Mother’s who have lost a pregnancy or a child.  I want to celebrate the women who have given up their babies for adoption.  You might be a Birthmom but you are a Mother in my eyes.  I know that I am a Birthmom so it might be easier for me to say this but Birthmom’s have made a sacrifice and have placed their babies needs before their own.  For whatever reason it just wasn’t right for the baby to stay with their Birthmom at the time and I have complete respect for their decision.  I want to celebrate the adoptive Mother’s as well!  You chose adoption for whatever reason and for that you chose to bring a child that might not be yours by blood into your family and raise it with all of the love in the world and that right there makes you amazing! 

Every Mother in every capacity who has love for their children to put their needs first is an amazing woman and deserves to be recognized year round!  😀

Hello All,

So happy to say that I am back and in action!  🙂  I appreciate everyone’s understand with school coming first in my life.  The oral final for Anatomy & Physiology went fabulous on Friday and I got out with a 93.25% which means a big fat AAAAAAAAA!!!!!!  😀  I’m still very excited about this.  It was very nerve wracking but I had the best group in the world and they made things so much better.  I was sick to my stomach before it started but after my first round of talking I really relaxed and was able to really enjoy the process.

I have two finals left, one on Tuesday and one on Wednesday and then I’m done for the semester!  It’s just crazy.  I’m not as worried about those finals as I was about the oral final so I just feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of me.  I can get back into the swing of reading books like crazy and checking everyones blog!  Tonight’s plan is to finished Dead Reckoning by Charlaine Harris and then all day tomorrow will be dedicated to trying to catch up on everyone’s posts!  I have REALLY MISSED YOU ALL!!!!

30 Day Meme Wrap-up

After my very first Meme EVER I decided I wanted to do a little Meme wrap up of the books and movies that my fellow bloggers and friends had talked about that I haven’t yet read or watched.
